Terms and Conditions for Reservation / Change of Reservation
Moood Massage will charge a deposit of HK$100 per guest to confirm the reservation, and the balance will be paid on the day of treatment.
In case of temporary absence or same-day cancellation, all deposits collected will not be refunded.
If reschedule is needed, please notify us by phone, Whatsapp or in-store at least 3 hours before the appointment time, otherwise it will be deemed to be a cancellation (Notices from Facebook and Instagram Messenger will not be accepted).
Deposits are only valid for 3 months and the appointment can be changed up to once.
Moood Massage's VIP with balance in the account will not need to pay the deposit in advance.
Treatment Instructions
If the customer is late for more than 15 minutes, Moood Massage reserves the right to deduct the massage time or cancel the appointment.
Male or female masseurs will be randomly assigned for Foot Massage or Head & Shoulder Massage
If the customer needs to appoint a masseur of a specific gender, please inform us when making the appointment so that we can arrange it as best as possible.
There is no extra charge for making an appointment with a designated masseur at Moood Massage. If the customer is late for more than 15 minutes, the designated masseur will be automatically canceled.
If the customer wants to make temporary changes or purchase additional items, Moood Massage will arrange based on the actual situation and subsequent reservations.
Other Terms and Conditions
If the customer has any physical condition, please inform Moood Massage in advance when making the reservation, such as (including but not limited to): pregnancy, allergies, cardiovascular disease, high/low blood pressure, pacemaker, metal stent, surgical trauma, etc. The customer should seek professional advice before treatment.
Moood Masssage do not accept reservations from the following people (including but not limited to): serious skin diseases, heart disease, high blood pressure, retinal detachment, serious injuries, etc. The customer should seek professional advice before treatment
Please keep your personal belongings properly. Moood Massage will not be responsible or compensate for any loss.
Moood Massage reserves the right to change prices and T&C without prior notice. In case of any disputes, Moood Massage will reserve the right to make the final decision.
